Outside-in approach to the massing strategy, with an “encapsulated” central hub. The central hub lifts activity from the ground floor acting as a connector to the top and bottom of the tower. Diagrid structural system wraps around the tower as well as a split core, to maximize open space. Lower levels include a more conventional office and commercial space emphasizes eccentric center.
